- The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools.
- This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost.
- The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.
- Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Sccm/Sms To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes For Efficient Client Lifecycle Management.
- Collaborate With Clients To Gather And Analyze Requirements, Ensuring The Support Team Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations Through Effective Service Delivery.
- Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Promoting Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Culture Of Collaboration And Accountability.
- Drive Innovation By Identifying Opportunities For Process Improvement And Implementing Best Practices In Intune And Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite.
- Develop And Present Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Leveraging Directory Services And Client Lifecycle Management To Achieve Business Results
- Exp: 9 to 12 years
- Proficient In Sccm/Sms With A Solid Understanding Of Its Application In Support Operations.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
- Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage And Mentor Teams.
- In-Depth Knowledge Of Intune And Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite, Particularly In Client Lifecycle Management.
