About The Job:

• This project will deliver the implementation of Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) integrated with SAP S/4HANA across AMER and EMEA.
• The scope covers approximately six company codes operating across two SAP S/4HANA ERP instances.
• Integrations will be delivered using SAP SDIS and MuleSoft.
• The project includes working with amendments to current supplier setups and process flows.
• The IT Project Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery.
• Ensuring execution in full compliance with the internal Project Management Framework (PMF).
• Planview will be used as the primary project delivery and reporting tool.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver the project end-to-end in full compliance with the internal Project Management Framework (PMF).
• Ensure all stage gates, approvals, and artifacts are completed.
• Establish and maintain the integrated project plan, governance, RAID, and reporting in Planview.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across business, IT, and vendors including Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, SDIS, and MuleSoft.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies to protect delivery outcomes.
• Oversee design, build, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Provide clear and concise executive status reporting and escalation aligned with PMF standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven delivery-focused IT Project Manager with experience leading complex, global implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of Planview as a primary execution and reporting tool.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects within a formal enterprise Project Management Framework (PMF).
• Hands-on experience with ERP-integrated SaaS solutions.
• Coupa and/or SAP S/4HANA experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and cross-regional delivery management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment with minimal supervision.
