About The Job:
- We manage high volumes of contractual and operational data, including invoice validation, SLA monitoring, D&O extraction, and reporting.
- We are looking for an AI expert who can design and implement automation solutions using AI/ML and Generative AI to streamline existing workflows.
- This role focuses on building AI-driven automation and natural language analytics interfaces that can later integrate with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow.
AI-Based Workflow Automation
- Analyze manual workflows in invoice validation, SLA tracking, and contract management.
- Build AI/ML models to automate validation, classification, anomaly detection, and clause extraction.
- Develop intelligent document processing pipelines (OCR + NLP).
- Implement rule-based + ML hybrid automation systems.
- Develop conversational AI interfaces that allow users to:
- Ask business questions in natural language
- Generate reports and analytics from structured and unstructured data
- Build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems for contract intelligence.
- Implement secure data access and enterprise-grade AI governance.
- Build scalable data pipelines.
- Design and deploy LLM-based applications.

Develop models for:
- Invoice anomaly detection
- SLA breach prediction
- Contract clause classification
- D&O extraction
- Ensure model monitoring, evaluation, and improvement.
- Experience: 4–10 Years
- Strong experience in AI/ML, NLP, and Generative AI
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python
- LLM frameworks (LangChain / LlamaIndex)
- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / open-source LLMs
- REST APIs
- SQL / NoSQL databases
- Experience building RAG pipelines
- Experience in document intelligence and OCR solutions
- Strong understanding of model deployment and MLOps
- ServiceNow experience is addon
- Experience working with ServiceNow platform
- Understanding of ServiceNow APIs and workflow automation
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise workflow systems
- Knowledge of ITSM or SLA-driven environments
