Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–4 Years
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA BRIM – Convergent Invoicing (CI) and FI-CA

Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
- Corporate Credit
- BITS Creation
- Billing & Invoicing processes
- Experience in Smart Forms and/or Adobe Forms

Exposure to integrations with:
- FI-CA
- Convergent Charging (CC)
- Subscription Order Management (SOM)
- Understanding of pricing, billing, and invoicing processes
- Exposure to at least 1 end-to-end implementation or strong support project experience
- Experience in data migration and/or testing (manual/automated)
- Basic understanding of integration with external systems (APIs/middleware)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in team environments
- Exposure to upstream systems (CRM/Order Management) and reporting/analytics tools
- Familiarity with middleware tools (CPI, PI/PO, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira
- Experience in multi-country environments
- SAP BRIM / S/4HANA certification (or in progress)
