About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Convert manual test scenarios for Life/Asia (policy admin, billing, claims, new business) into automated test cases using approved frameworks/tools.
- Design, script, and maintain UI (web) and API automation (e.g., Selenium/WebDriver + TestNG/JUnit, REST-assured/Postman collections) with modular, reusable functions.
- Build and manage test data and environment configurations; parameterize tests for multiple products, riders, and endorsement scenarios.
- Integrate suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab), enable scheduled/regression runs, and publish reports (Allure/Extent).
- Implement stable locators, waits, and page-object patterns; reduce flakiness via synchronization, retries, and robust assertion strategies.
- Automate batch validations and mainframe/host outputs where feasible (file compares, DB queries for Life/Asia tables) to verify end-to-end flows.
- Collaborate with manual QA/BA/dev to refine acceptance criteria, maintain traceability (requirements ↔ automated cases), and keep suites aligned with releases.
- Triage failures, perform root cause analysis, log defects with clear evidence (logs, screenshots, HAR files), and track to closure.
