Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager Engagement Manager with a strong background in software sales, solutioning, and account management. The role requires acting as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams, driving pre-sales activities, and ensuring alignment of technology solutions with client business objectives, preferably within the manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow strategic client accounts, preferably within the manufacturing industry
Act as a liaison between delivery managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders
Drive end-to-end pre-sales and sales cycle including:
Requirement gathering
Solution positioning
Proposal development
Negotiation and closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key business stakeholders
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure successful execution
Understand client challenges and propose customized technology solutions
Own account-level revenue targets, pipeline, and growth metrics
Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution
Create client presentations (PPTs) and solution decks
Prepare pricing sheets and commercial proposals
Perform data analysis and financial modeling using Excel
Deliver account plans, business reviews, and performance reports


Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience
Technical account management / pre-sales / software sales
Strong ability to liaison between technical and business stakeholders
Proven experience in enterprise account management and growth
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience in:
PPT creation (client-facing decks)
Pricing models and commercial sheets
Advanced Excel (analysis, costing, reporting)
