It uses natural ingredients to build the product range.\n\nRole Overview:\nWe are looking for a high-impactful Business Finance professional preferred Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from reputed institute, with 5 to 8 years of experience and a strong inclination towards business partnering in a high-growth, data-driven environment to work closely with founders and cross-functional teams in a fast-growing D2C setup.\nThis role goes beyond traditional MIS, focusing on driving business decisions through financial insights, owning performance tracking, and improving key growth and profitability metrics across marketing, sales, and operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn and drive weekly & monthly MIS dashboards covering revenue, marketing spends, CAC, ROAS, contribution margins, and overall profitability\nTrack and analyze unit economics (CAC, LTV, AOV, retention/repeat rates) and identify levers for improvement\nMonitor channel-wise performance (D2C website, marketplaces, quick commerce, offline retail)\nPartner closely with marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and spend efficiency\nLead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning in a high-growth environment\nPerform variance analysis (Actual vs Plan) and present actionable insights to founders and leadership\nSupport investor reporting, board decks, and strategic decision-making\nBuild, automate, and improve reporting frameworks using Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools\nIdentify cost optimization opportunities across supply chain, logistics, and operations\nDrive a data-first culture, ensuring business decisions are backed by financial insights\nWork closely with operations/SCM teams on inventory planning, working capital optimization, and stock health analysis\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n4 to 9 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A / MIS\nIndustry preferably in D2C / Consumer / Retail/ FMCG/ Ecommerce / Startup environments\nStrong understanding of startup and D2C metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, burn rate, contribution margin, cohort analysis\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (must-have); working knowledge of Power BI/ Tableau / Looker is a plus\nExperience working with data sources like Shopify, Amazon, ad platforms (Meta/Google)\nStrong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into business insights\nStrong working knowledge of inventory management platforms such as EasyEcom, Unicommerce, or similar OMS/WMS tools\nHigh ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
