Title: Zonal Ecommerce Sales Head


Role Overview:

  • Lead the growth and expansion of the ecommerce segment across the assigned zone.
  • Drive sales, manage client relationships, and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve zonal sales targets through new client acquisition and account expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for ecommerce sales growth.
  • Identify and onboard large ecommerce clients including retailers and marketplaces.
  • Own and drive integrated sales initiatives within the assigned zone.
  • Promote adoption of Raftaar (Rapid Commerce) services and Reverse Pickup with QC.
  • Ensure consistent revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and provide customized solutions.

2. Channel Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Design and implement a channel-based sales strategy for ecommerce growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new franchise partners.
  • Expand national reach through franchise-led ecommerce logistics solutions.
  • Drive franchise revenue across services like 3PL, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and returns management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners aligned to business goals.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Act as a consultant to clients by offering optimized logistics solutions.
  • Enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience for clients.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track market trends, competition, and evolving ecommerce needs.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on targeted campaigns.

5. Internal Collaboration

  • Monitor and report key sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Track sales pipeline and campaign performance regularly.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance insights.
  • Develop quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

6. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare regular performance, forecasting, and market insight reports.
  • Ensure timely and compliant sales reporting.

7. Training & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance support.
  • Conduct appraisals and set performance targets.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of ecommerce sales experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in ecommerce/logistics.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, supply chain, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
