About The Job:
- Client is continuously improving its ability to make operational decisions for product introductions, supply chain changes, and profitability management.
- To ensure decisions are based on high-quality and consistent data, HEINEKEN is expanding its global data management capabilities.
- The Master Data Specialist reports to the OpCo Master Data Services Chapter Lead and is responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring Master Data records in line with HEINEKEN process standards, data standards, policies, and objectives.
- The role ensures accurate and validated data is entered into systems for assigned OpCos while achieving agreed performance objectives and service levels in compliance with all standards.
Essential Job Functions:
- Create and maintain Master Data records in the Global MDM tool and various OpCo systems in accordance with HEINEKEN process standards, data standards, policies, and objectives.
- Ensure Master Data requests are handled according to Service Level Agreements (SLA) using workflow tools and supporting applications.
- Respond to queries from stakeholders through email, telephone, or other communication channels in alignment with service management processes.
- Raise concerns related to Master Data quality, data governance, and associated issues to the Team Leader.
- Monitor Master Data quality and actively resolve encountered or reported issues, including monitoring Ataccama tools to identify and correct inconsistencies.
- Coordinate and support business processes, projects, and requirements within and outside the team, including reporting and data analysis activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in testing and implementation of optimization solutions.
- Highlight workload risks and potential bottlenecks to the Team Leader to avoid SLA breaches.
- Organize and assign new organizational structures, add new users, remove leavers, and assign positions.
- Support data cleansing initiatives and act as a data standards expert.
- Monitor mappings and replications from source systems to CFIN.
- Act as an escalation point for complex queries and sensitive stakeholders.
- Provide Master Data training within the team.
- Participate in transitions of new scopes from OpCos.
- Create and maintain SOPs and procedures.
- Act as a buddy for new joiners, provide backups across team scopes, and participate in scope rotation activities.
- Collaborate closely with Local Data Stewards on cleansing activities and DBB transition preparations or other data-related programs.
- Act as a key user for all Master Data-related topics and applications.
- Co-lead and support transitions of new scopes from other OpCos while acting as a subject matter expert.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the OpCo Master Data Services Lead / Chapter Lead within the scope of functional responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Must Have (All Levels)
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data management tools and technologies such as SAP.
- Experience in reviewing and conducting data analysis.
- High proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business objectives.
- Strong understanding of the importance of accurate and valid data.
- Analytical thinking with a proactive approach.
- Experience working in large corporations is preferred.
