We are looking for a highly driven GTM Engineer<\/b> to support our go\-to\-market<\/b> execution through CRM management, data enrichment, outbound campaigns, and workflow automation<\/b>.<\/span>

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and RevOps<\/b>, directly impacting pipeline generation and revenue efficiency.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>\n

  • Manage and maintain Zoho CRM<\/b> (leads, contacts, accounts, deals)<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Ensure CRM data quality<\/b> (cleaning, deduplication, accuracy)<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Build and enrich target account & contact datasets<\/b> using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Support outbound campaigns<\/b> (email + LinkedIn)<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Execute and monitor lead flow, routing, and lifecycle tracking<\/b><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Create and manage automation workflows<\/b> (Zoho, Zapier, etc.)<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Prepare campaign\-ready datasets<\/b> for sales teams<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Build basic reports and dashboards<\/b> for pipeline tracking<\/span>

    • Strong Excel \/ Google Sheets<\/b> skills (data cleaning, structuring)<\/span>
