Operations Controller
Work with delivery leadership teams and cross functional teams to drive Operations excellence
Drive governance mechanism to improve Operations KPIs for a Vertical
Be a Business Partner to enable delivery teams by providing insights to achieve Operations excellence
Establish a good relationship with the delivery teams and drive actions for improvement
Develop insights weekly, monthly, quarterly through effective dashboards and Analysis from various data sources
Analysis of critical parameters influencing the profitability enhancements for a Vertical/VBU/SAG
Prepare and circulate the weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on Operations parameters to Delivery Leadership
Support any Ad hoc activities for Department and Delivery Leadership
Work with large data in excel and Power BI to produce weekly/monthly dashboards, charts etc.
Supporting special projects which are part of key Organizational / Department initiatives
Achieve department objectives and establish the practices in Verticals

Work Experience
10 to 12 Years' experience in Business Analytics
Good understanding about Quest processes, project management, delivery operations etc
Good in Advance Excel, Power BI & Power Point presentations
Exposure in working with Cross functional teams
Outstanding problem-solving skills, both working alone and as part of a team. Analyze, find root cause and solve the problem.
Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment with a willingness to try new things and possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.
Passion for numbers, being comfortable working with large data
Improvement mind set : proactive in developing ideas to improve processes/solve problems
Should be good team player and work closely with the Delivery Stakeholders
Quick learner, Attention to detail, Good Communication skills
Experience in automation, VBA is an added advantage.
Experience in creation of Automated dashboards using Power BI will be added advantage
