Description: Job duties and responsibilities, not limited to: • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform strategy, governance, and solution architecture. • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules • Customize ServiceNow using: Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies & UI Actions • Develop and maintain ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) • Build workflows and automations using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor • Develop Service Portal components (widgets, themes, pages) as needed • Implement REST/SOAP integrations with third party systems • Configure CMDB and follow CSDM best practices • Manage Update Sets and support deployments across environments • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning • Provide production support and root cause analysis • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders • Ensure platform security, role management, and ACL compliance • Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification is a plus | |||
