Key Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture
- Design and architect Workday solutions for HCM, Financials, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting.
- Develop strategic plans for Workday upgrades and new functionality implementation.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance across all Workday modules.

Integration & Technical Leadership
- Lead integration lifecycle: design, development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Work with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF).
- Oversee data flow between Workday and third-party applications using APIs and connectors.

Governance & Optimization
- Maintain configuration documentation and version control.
- Manage security architecture, role-based access controls, and compliance (GDPR, SOX).
- Conduct quarterly security audits and ensure adherence to change control standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for Workday roadmap planning and governance.

Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide technical leadership for incident management and enhancements.
- Stay current on Workday releases and recommend innovative solutions.
