About this Position

AGraduate Engineering Trainee (GET) in Sales is an intermediate level roleconnecting engineering/technical knowledge and commercial activities atcustomer end.
The position is designed to groom fresh engineering graduates into competenttechnical sales or business development professionals.

What youll do

• Develop indepth understanding of company products, systems, specifications, applications, advantages, and limitations.
• Support technical product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions with customers.
• Assist in presales activities by understanding customer requirements and project needs.
• Help prepare technocommercial offers, quotations, tenders, and RFQ documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, design, production, and logistics for project execution.
• Engage with customers for inquiries, followups, clarifications, negotiation support, and aftersales coordination.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor data, sales performance, MIS reports, and forecasts to support business decisions.
