The Opportunity: HR Generalist (Fresher)
Gigin.Ai is seeking enthusiastic and driven HR Generalists to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with minimal HR experience to launch their career in a dynamic, AI-driven workforce technology company. You will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, contributing to our mission of revolutionizing talent acquisition.

As an HR Generalist, you will be instrumental in supporting our HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and contributing to the efficient functioning of our talent acquisition processes. You'll work closely with experienced HR professionals, learning best practices in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Do:
Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in the smooth onboarding of new hires and manage the offboarding process, ensuring all documentation and procedures are followed.
New Hire Orientation: Conduct and coordinate new hire orientation sessions to ensure a welcoming and informative start for all new employees.
Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team to post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication.
Employee Relations: Support the HR team in addressing employee queries, concerns, and contributing to a positive work environment.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist with the preparation of HR reports.
Policy & Compliance: Familiarize yourself with company HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and maintaining compliance documentation.
Payroll Basics: Assist with basic payroll processing tasks and understanding payroll cycles.
Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and answering basic employee queries.
Learning & Development Support: Assist in coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives.
HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Fresher level experience. A strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field is essential.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HRIS systems.
Basic understanding of payroll processes and benefits administration.
Knowledge of compliance documentation and procedures.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
