Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds. The role involves hands-on project management, technical leadership, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile project activities: PI Planning, Sprints, Demos, Retrospectives
• Manage Salesforce configurations and Force.com implementations (Lightning Experience)
• Oversee delivery across Sales, Service, Health, Marketing & Experience Clouds
• Handle integrations (REST APIs) and security best practices
• Guide teams on Apex, async operations, design patterns, and CI/CD
• Strategize user/license management and sandbox strategy
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 12–16 years in technical project management; strong Salesforce background
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Agile, and integration/security concepts
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and engineering best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
