Oracle BIP/OTBI/OIC Developer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle BIP/OTBI/OIC Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Oracle-based reporting solutions and integrations to enhance business processes and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:
  • Develop and maintain reports using Oracle BIP and OTBI.
  • Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle applications with other systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implementation and Support:
  • Implement Oracle BIP/OTBI reports and dashboards that meet business requirements.
  • Support and troubleshoot existing Oracle integrations and reports, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during upgrades and system enhancements.
• Optimization and Best Practices:
  • Optimize performance of reports and integrations, ensuring efficient data retrieval and processing.
  • Follow best practices for Oracle reporting and integration development.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-9 years of experience in Oracle BIP, OTBI, and OIC development.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications and architecture.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST) and integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle certification in relevant technologies.
• Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
