| Database Administrator - Primary skills- MSSQL dba Secondary skills any two in :- Aurora, Mongo, Exasol, Cassandra ,terraform |
| 5- 7 years of experience in Database administration of Ms-sql databases |
| Create new Microsoft SQL Server instances and configure them, including AlwaysOn availability groups and failover clustering |
| Download and install SQL Server service packs and updates. |
| Configure and maintain SQL Security controls |
| Manage database backup and recovery, as well as disaster recovery planning |
| Proactively monitor SQL Server maintenance tasks, troubleshoot failed processes, and address issues as soon as possible |
| experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) |
| Good hands on experience in Ms-sql DB administration |
| Manage SQL Server databases |
| Configure and maintain database servers and processes |
| Monitor system's health and performance |
| Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security |
| Analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time |
| Perform production support administration tasks including proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, tracing, backup, recovery, and on-call support to ensure availability and performance requirements are achieved |
| well versed with replication methodology , HA configuration , failover in Ms-sql Database |
| DB Backup configuration , restore database as and when required. |
| Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours |
| Knowledge or Experience on Cloud technology like Azure is an added advantage |
| Perform database installations, migrations, patches, and upgrades. |
| Consult with application teams to provide capacity planning and database deployment recommendations. |
| experience in AWS ,Azure cloud technologies is an added advantage |
