- Organization and Workforce Transformation - Integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models by applying capabilities such as workforce planning & analytics as well as talent strategy, leveraging our proprietary, award-winning EY Organization & Talent Hub
- Change Experience & Learning - Working with clients to define the new Workforce Experience including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration) as well as accelerated adoption through our digitally enabled Change Experience tracked via Change Insights
Your key responsibilities
- Typically, 8-15 years of CM experience
- HR consulting and/COE experience a plus
- Good to have PROSCI/APMG certification
What We're Looking For:
- Deep understanding of Change Management key concepts - Change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, stakeholder engagement and analysis, business readiness survey creation and implementation, communication strategy implementation, adoption survey, post go-live support and hyper-care, change network identification and activation.
- Experience in delivering large scale transformation projects and leading change management strategy and implementation (for global clients)
- Your deep understanding of Finance, HR, Procurement, or related fields is the key that unlocks our potential for transformative success
