- Organization and Workforce Transformation - Integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models by applying capabilities such as workforce planning & analytics as well as talent strategy, leveraging our proprietary, award-winning EY Organization & Talent Hub

Your key responsibilities
- Typically, 8-15 years of CM experience
- HR consulting and/COE experience a plus
- Good to have PROSCI/APMG certification
What We're Looking For:
- Deep understanding of Change Management key concepts - Change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, stakeholder engagement and analysis, business readiness survey creation and implementation, communication strategy implementation, adoption survey, post go-live support and hyper-care, change network identification and activation.
- Experience in delivering large scale transformation projects and leading change management strategy and implementation (for global clients)
- Your deep understanding of Finance, HR, Procurement, or related fields is the key that unlocks our potential for transformative success
