Role Descriptions:
ServiceNow Development Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Experience in Business Rules| Script Includes| Client Scripts UI Policies| UI Actions
Strong knowledge of Glide APIs and scripting best practices.
Catalog Automation Develop Service Catalog items| Record Producers.
Experience with Flow Designer Workflows. Automate approval and fulfillment processes.
Integration Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations. Work with external systems (APIs| MID Server). JSONXML data handling.
Security Access Configure ACLs| roles| and security rules. Ensure secure development practices.
Platform Knowledge Good understanding of Incident| Problem| Change Management CMDB Update sets deployment
Good to Have Experience in Employee Portal UI Builder Now Assist Knowledge of IntegrationHub Exposure to AgileScrum Develop and customize ServiceNow applications. Support ITSM modules and enhancements.
Troubleshoot production issues. Maintain code quality and documentation. Work with stakeholders for requirement gathering. Perform unit testing and deployments.
