The AI & ML Development Lead will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to drive innovation and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to guide a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts in building scalable, high-performance AI systems. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
6-10 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and related frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools.
Expertise in NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and predictive analytics.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and team leadership skills.
Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations.
Lead the end-to-end development of AI and ML models, from data collection and preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and architectures.
Oversee model performance, validation, and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
Present technical insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
