Job Title: Oracle Fusion Support Manager (Finance & SCM)
Location: Gurgaon

Reporting To: CIO / Head of IT / ERP Director
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Support Manager to drive stability and continuous improvement in our post-implementation ERP environment. The role involves managing BAU support, optimizing Finance & SCM processes, and ensuring seamless integrations using OIC/OCI.
You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring high system performance, usability, and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities
1. BAU Support & System Stability
- Act as the final escalation point for complex issues across:
- Finance: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management
- SCM: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management
- Manage incident resolution and ensure minimal downtime
- Lead release management for Oracle quarterly updates (24A, 24B, etc.)
- Ensure SLA adherence and vendor/team performance
2. Process Optimization & User Experience
- Identify gaps in existing configurations and drive process improvements
- Enhance user experience (UX) for Finance & Operations teams
- Create user documentation & SOPs
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions
3. Technical & Integration Oversight
- Manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Monitor and optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components
- Troubleshoot integration issues with third-party systems/banks
- Develop reports and dashboards using:
- OTBI
- BI Publisher
- Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)
Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials & SCM modules
- Hands-on experience with:
- OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
- FBDI & HDL (data migration/loading)
- Good understanding of OCI (Identity, Security, Compute, Storage)
- Exposure to SAP Business One (preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and deliver sustainable solutions
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Finance / Supply Chain
- Preferred: Oracle Cloud Certified Professional
