Position Overview -

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales Development to lead and scale our Sales Development Representative (SDR) function in a SaaS environment. This role will be responsible for driving consistent pipeline generation, optimizing outreach strategies, and managing a high-performing SDR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise SaaS sales development and prior hands-on experience as an SDR before transitioning into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the SDR team to achieve pipeline generation targets.

Define, track, and improve key performance metrics (KPIs) such as outreach, conversions, and qualified opportunities.

Build and optimize outreach strategies across channels (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.) to improve engagement and results.

Ensure a consistent and high-quality pipeline to support the sales team.

Analyze performance data and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align on target accounts and campaigns.

Establish best practices, playbooks, and training programs for SDRs.

Drive accountability and performance culture within the team.

Key Requirements:

5-7 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in enterprise SaaS Sales Development (SDR role).

Prior experience in leading or managing an SDR team.

Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and pipeline generation.

Proven ability to track and improve team performance through data-driven decisions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Experience working with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
