About The Job:
- We are looking for a talented TA Sourcer to join our Global sourcing team and manage the first stage of our recruiting process.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent sourcing skills, a deep understanding of various recruitment channels, and the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- The TA Sourcer will work closely with Talent Advisor and hiring managers to understand job requirements and source potential candidates.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and other online resources to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to find passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with Talent advisors to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Present qualified candidates to Talent advisors for further consideration.
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Conduct market research to understand talent availability and competitive landscape.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)/Career Connection.
- Track and report on key metrics related to sourcing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3years of sourcing experience
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or similar role.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and other tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) / career connection .
