About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM QA Engineer to join our QA and application delivery team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating CRM functionalities, integrations, workflows, and business processes within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
- The candidate should possess strong expertise in manual and automation testing, API validation, regression testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents for Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
- Sales

- Plugins and integrations
- Perform API and backend validation for integrated applications.
- Execute data validation and database testing using SQL queries.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders during sprint cycles.
- Support automation testing initiatives and improve test coverage.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and QA reviews.
- Ensure application quality, performance, and compliance with QA standards.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in QA/testing with a strong focus on CRM applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules and business processes.
Experience in:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Integration Testing
- UAT Support
- Smoke Testing
- Knowledge of CRM workflows, entities, forms, dashboards, and security models.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as:
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- TestRail
Experience with API testing tools:
- Postman
- SoapUI
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for backend validation.
Experience in automation testing using:
- Selenium
- Cypress
- Or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 integrations and data migration projects.
- Exposure to Power Platform components:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is an added advantage.
Good to Have
- Experience with performance and security testing.
- Knowledge of cloud-based application testing.
- Exposure to automation framework development.
- Experience validating integrations with ERP or third-party applications.
