To find out more, please visit www.bdxworld.com\n\nJob Description\nThe Marketing Operations Manager is a key individual contributor responsible for driving the scalability, efficiency, and performance of BDx’s global marketing operations. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across analytics, platforms, budget governance, lead management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in marketing systems, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\nOperations & Analytics\nManage all aspects of global and regional marketing operations\nMonitor marketing activities and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals\nMonitor and optimize marketing performance through KPI tracking and dashboards\nAnalyze data to assess trends, campaign ROI, and sales funnel efficiency\nDeliver accurate, timely, and actionable reports to the marketing and leadership teams\nMaintain data integrity across CRM and marketing automation platforms\nPlatform & Process Management\nManage and integrate marketing platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce (SFDC), SharePoint, OneDrive\nOversee CRM hygiene, automation workflows, and lead routing\nTroubleshoot and resolve platform issues in collaboration with IT/Tech Ops\nEstablish and enforce standard operating procedures and marketing best practices\nLead Management & Funnel Optimization\nDesign, track, and optimize the lead lifecycle: from MQL to SQL\nManage handoff processes between marketing and sales to ensure alignment\nImprove lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing flows\nBudgeting & Vendor Management\nMonitor and manage the central and regional marketing budgets\nTrack cost-effectiveness of campaigns and events\nLiaise with and manage third-party vendors and agency partners\nEvents & Content Infrastructure\nCoordinate marketing operations for events, including post-event lead integration\nManage internal asset libraries and external content management systems\nEnsure all marketing materials are on-brand and up-to-date\nUnderstanding of strategic brand management\nUnderstanding of digital marketing and analytics\n\nQualification and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field\nMBA or post-graduate certification in Marketing / Analytics is a plus\nProven experience in B2B marketing operations or similar for 7+ years\nData center, telecom, and other tech industry experience highly desirable\nProficiency with Microsoft tools (MS-Office, OneDrive, Teams)\nExperience with marketing automation (preferably Hubspot) and Salesforce.

Certification is a bonus\nStrong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and BI dashboards\nExperience in lead management, pipeline analytics, and campaign tracking\nFluent in written English and strong presentation skills\nExposure to APAC markets, data and reporting would be an advantage\n\nAt BDx, we believe that our success lies in the hands of our talented and dedicated employees.
