The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), with a strong focus on Field Service module .\n\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Development\nCustomize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) including modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service\nDevelop plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations using:\nC#, .NET, JavaScript\nPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)\nExtend CRM functionalities using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)\nDesign and implement integrations with external systems (ERP, third-party APIs).\n\nField Service Expertise\nImplement and configure Dynamics 365 Field Service module\nWork on:\nWork Orders, Agreements, Scheduling\nResource Scheduling Optimization (RSO)\nInventory and Asset Management\nMobile application configuration\nCustomize Field Service forms, entities, and workflows based on business requirements\nTroubleshoot Field Service applications and improve performance
