Greetings from TCS!!!\nCome and join us for an exciting career with TCS!!!\n\nWe are arranging an in-person (Face 2 Face) Walk-in Drive at below mentioned details, please proceed with this job posting only if you can attend the Walk-in Drive.\n\nLocation: - Deccan Park, Plot No.1, Hitech City Main Rd, Software Units Layout, HUDA Techno Enclave, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081\n\nRequired Technical Skill Set - SERVICENOW CMDB\n\nDate: - 30-May-2026\nTime: - 9:00 AM – 2 :00 PM\nExperience Range : 4-15 Years\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)\nConfigures and Maintains Discovery Application\nWorks closely with Configuration Manager in the population of CMDB\nInterfaces with Compute, Network, and Security teams to assure access and permissions.\nResolving discovery errors related to permissions and access.\nAssuring completion of scheduled discovery jobs\nAssisting in the validation and testing of Discovery after upgrades\nReviewing the environment for changes and new requirements that may drive changes to the Discovery solution.\nAssures downloads from the ServiceNow store occur monthly for CMDB Classes and Discovery patterns.\nAdd new schedules, IP ranges, and credentials for new devices and environments.\nIntegrations with 3rd party discovery tools, such as Logic Monitor.\nProvide timely resolution to systems problems.\nDevelop effective working relationships with other departments, groups, managers, and vendors.\nProactively seek efficient and quality solutions.\nPerform additional duties as assigned
