Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize applications on ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, etc.)
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions (autonomous workflows, AI agents)
• Integrate AI/ML models with ServiceNow workflows and APIs
• Automate incident management, request handling, and operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy intelligent solutions
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, LLMs, decision systems)
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks or tools
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred:
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD)
Experience with Generative AI or conversational AI
