Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Windows Server OS patching using tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central / Desktop Central.
• Apply security patches and updates for third-party software installed on servers.
• Fix Vulnerabilities reported in internal and external audits along with documentation for future use.
• Perform Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration (2019/2022).
• Manage and administer Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Ensure effective backup and restoration processes using tools like Druva Cloud or similar.
• Provide administration and troubleshooting support for E-mail system Google Workspace.
• Support and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure and control elevated access.
• Document patch cycles, vulnerability remediation, PAM configurations, and backup activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance and service availability.
• Knowledge of certificate cervices, ADFS and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP).
• Hands-on experience with patch management tools (ManageEngine Endpoint Central, WSUS, etc.).
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
• Experience with backup solutions such as Druva Cloud or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Exchange, or Office 365.
• Practical knowledge in vulnerability management and remediation.
• Exposure to VAPT exercises and ability to work with security teams.
• Sound knowledge of AWS cloud technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
