Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight risks/issues.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and deliverables.
- Support resource allocation and ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate project meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
