Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day
operational activities. The role involves coordination across departments, handling operational
documentation, vendor follow-ups, and ensuring smooth internal processes.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.

Handle documentation, records, and operational reports while maintaining proper filing and accuracy.

Manage vendor communication and coordination for operational requirements and service delivery.

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain related documentation.

Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues.

Track and follow up on operational tasks, approvals, and pending activities to ensure timely closure.

Assist HR, Admin, and Finance teams with operational and documentation support when required.

Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper records management.

Prepare and share MIS reports and operational updates with management.

Support basic inventory tracking and logistics coordination, including vendor and shipment follow-ups where applicable.
Skills & Requirements
3-4 years of experience in an operations or coordination role
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred (optional)
Tech-savvy, multitasker, good knowledge of AI & software tools
