Experience building custom IS applications using:
Record Definitions
Views
Processes / Workflows
Rules and Associations
Good experience with Innovation Studio and Process Designer
Experience with REST API integrations and web services
Knowledge of AR System fundamentals and data structures
Experience troubleshooting IS workflow and configuration issues
Exposure to Helix ITSM / Digital Workplace integrations preferred
HelixGPT / Agent Studio exposure is a plus
Experience
4+ years of relevant BMC platform experience
Mandatory hands-on Innovation Suite project experience
