About The Job:
- Experience 5 years of proven experience in Tech Recruiting.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
- Ability to implement recruiting strategy including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview management.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as both team leader and team member.
- Strong analytical skills to build, measure, and scale recruiting workflows.
- Experience evaluated based on competencies such as leadership roles, work experience, and problem-solving ability.
Essential Job Functions:
- Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring senior sales and technical professionals including individual contributors and leadership roles.
- Manage the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members.
- Participate in global recruiting initiatives to build pipelines of qualified candidates.
- Implement and drive recruiting programs and strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Compensation, Human Resources, and Business Units to drive recruitment processes.
- Drive onboarding processes in coordination with internal teams.
- Recruitment Strategy and Operations.
- Continuously explore new sourcing channels and creative recruiting approaches.
- Focus on cost containment and efficiency in hiring processes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Communication and Collaboration.
- Foster strong communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with business leaders and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Tech Recruiting for 5 years.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Ability to handle senior-level and management hiring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in global or cross-functional team environments.
