About The Job:

  • Experience 5 years of proven experience in Tech Recruiting.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
  • Ability to implement recruiting strategy including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview management.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as both team leader and team member.
  • Strong analytical skills to build, measure, and scale recruiting workflows.
  • Experience evaluated based on competencies such as leadership roles, work experience, and problem-solving ability.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring senior sales and technical professionals including individual contributors and leadership roles.
  • Manage the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members.
  • Participate in global recruiting initiatives to build pipelines of qualified candidates.
  • Implement and drive recruiting programs and strategies to meet hiring goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Compensation, Human Resources, and Business Units to drive recruitment processes.
  • Drive onboarding processes in coordination with internal teams.
  • Recruitment Strategy and Operations.
  • Continuously explore new sourcing channels and creative recruiting approaches.
  • Focus on cost containment and efficiency in hiring processes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Communication and Collaboration.
  • Foster strong communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business leaders and candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Tech Recruiting for 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Ability to handle senior-level and management hiring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in global or cross-functional team environments.
