About The Job:
- The Business Process Consultant – ServiceNow HRSD is a functional and process expert responsible for helping customers transform and optimize HR service delivery using the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- This role works closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and ServiceNow delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, best practice HRSD solutions that drive employee experience, efficiency, and compliance.
- Experince: 4-12 yrs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Act as the HRSD process expert during customer engagements, guiding organizations through HR service transformation initiatives [ServiceNow...sultant JD | Word]
- Conduct process discovery, gap analysis, and future state design workshops with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Define and optimize HR service delivery processes, including:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center
- Knowledge Management
- Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Transfers, Offboarding)
