About The Job:
- We need someone with hands on the AWS side and worked on the service like bedrock/sagemake etc.
AI Governance & Risk Management
- Define and implement AI governance frameworks covering AI lifecycle controls (design, development, deployment, monitoring, retirement).
- Establish policies and standards for Responsible AI including fairness, explainability, transparency, accountability, and human oversight.
- Support alignment with emerging AI regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC AI standards, internal compliance mandates).
- Conduct AI risk assessments and model risk classification aligned to enterprise risk taxonomy.

Design and assess security controls for AI systems, including:
- Model security and integrity
- Data poisoning and adversarial ML risks
- Prompt injection and LLM misuse risks
- Model access controls and segregation
- Define secure architectures for GenAI, ML models, and data pipelines across cloud, hybrid, and on prem environments.
- Integrate AI security requirements into existing cybersecurity and Zero Trust frameworks.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, data protection, and data minimization principles.
- Define controls for training data governance, lineage, consent, explainability, and retention.
- Support Privacy by Design and Security by Design for AI use cases.
- Define AI auditability, traceability, and documentation standards.
- Support internal audits, external inspections, and regulatory assessments related to AI systems.
- Establish metrics, controls, and reporting for AI risk and compliance posture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business, IT, and leadership on risk vs value trade offs in AI adoption.
- Support AI use case reviews, approvals, and governance boards.
- Contribute to enterprise AI strategy with a strong security and governance lens.
