About The Client:
A global professional services network and part of the Big Four, along with Client, EY, and KPMG, operating across 149 countries worldwide.
Essential Job Functions:
- Monitor and manage SIEM platform health and performance. Onboard and troubleshoot log sources from servers, firewalls, applications, and cloud platforms. Handle parsing, normalization, and log collection issues.
- Manage EPS, storage, forwarding, and retention policies.
- Perform QRadar/Sentinel administration, upgrades, patching, and health checks.
- Create dashboards, reports, searches, and basic correlation rules.
- Troubleshoot EC/EP, WinCollect, connectors, and API integrations. Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. Maintain SOPs and operational documentation.
- SIEM Admin L2 – QRadar / Sentinel Experience: 3–6 Years Tools: Client QRadar / Microsoft Sentinel
- Required Skills Experience in Client QRadar or Microsoft Sentinel administration.
- Knowledge of Syslog, Windows/Linux logs, TCP/IP, and security devices. Experience with AQL/KQL queries. Understanding of SIEM architecture and log flow.
- Basic scripting knowledge preferred (Python/PowerShell).
