Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Qlik Sense Developer to design and deliver Market Risk Reporting dashboards. The role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to build high-quality data visualizations, drive insights, and support key risk reporting applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards based on business requirements
• Design and deliver data visualization solutions for Market Risk Reporting (e.g., WONA P&L sign-off)
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Build proof of concepts (POCs), prototypes, and full-scale analytics solutions
• Enable data storytelling through intuitive and insightful visualizations
• Support and enhance existing dashboards and reporting solutions
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of analytics solutions
• Document solution design and provide technical guidance
• Mentor junior engineers and follow Agile delivery practices

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in Analytics / BI Development
• Strong expertise in Qlik Sense development
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard design
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of security and performance optimization in BI tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Experience with Qlik NPrinting and Incremental Load Logic
• Exposure to Power BI / SAP Analytics Cloud / Azure Analysis Services
• Basic understanding of data engineering or cloud platforms
