Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze production failures and resolve issues within defined SLA timelines.

    • Queue transaction status

    • Exception traces
      <\/li>\n
    • Robot execution logs

    • Identify root causes directly from failed queue items and transaction\-level failures.

    • Perform hotfixes and production bug fixes with quick turnaround time.
      <\/li>\n
    • Work closely with support teams, QA teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
      <\/li>\n
    • Handle incident management, priority tickets, and urgent production escalations.
      <\/li>\n
    • Ensure automation stability and minimal downtime in production environments.
      <\/li>\n
    • Work on continuous improvement and optimization of existing automations.
      <\/li>\n
    • Maintain proper documentation for issue tracking, RCA, and fixes implemented.

    • Participate in deployment validations and post\-production monitoring.

    • Support automations involving Document Understanding and modern UiPath frameworks.
