- Originating and developing new relationships with emphasis on MFIs and NBFCs and managing existing credit relationships to achieve volume & revenue budgets.
- Handling of Corporate MFI's and NBFC's in Western region.
- Assisting in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans as well as administering and monitoring relationships.
- Regularly monitoring credit quality of client portfolio and make recommendation to business strategies.
- Handling Various Audit queries including RBI Audit.
- Ensuring CMS and Corporate Salary setups for the customers. Achieving Fx income targets.
- Crystallizing value added deals with clients having high fee potential
- Maintaining good relationships & working closely with RL and other verticals of the Bank
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance with 3 years of experience.
- Good analytical skills
- Experience in lending to MFIs (Microfinance) and structured products.
