Experience: 12-18 Years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

• Experience: 12-18 years in software development, with proven leadership experience managing teams of 8+ developers.
• Strong technical expertise in Java/Python, open-source systems, and distributed architectures.
• Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases, distributed caching, and scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC, software compliance, risk management, and operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering superior experiences.
• Ability to structure teams, streamline communication, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to coach teams.
• Knowledge of India Stack and banking/fintech domain is a plus.

• Lead software development teams and own delivery of assigned products/services.
• Build annual execution plans and align them with product roadmaps.
• Drive high-quality delivery using scalable, distributed computing technologies.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and design standards.
• Focus on operational excellence for optimal customer experience.
• Provide technical program management leadership across product, technology, and vendor teams.
• Define product vision, success metrics (KPIs), and business goals.
• Create software development roadmaps and manage dependencies across teams.
• Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and ensure compliance with SDLC.
• Define and implement Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for performance, security, and scalability.
• Lead defect triage and track issues to closure.
• Provide stakeholders with a unified view of product and program progress.
• Promote Agile ways of working and coach teams on agile practices.
• Apply knowledge of India Stack (UPI, KYC, UIDAI) and RBI regulations to solve technical dependencies.
