Relationship Manager - Tractor and Crop Finance-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Retail Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager - TFE to lead retail sales initiatives in the Tractors and Farm Equipment segment. The role involves enhancing the deposit pool, driving cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high standards of customer service and branch administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail liabilities, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial instruments and customer service cycles.Enhance the deposit pool from customers through targeted acquisition and retention strategiesDrive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other cross-sell offeringsGenerate fee income and contribute to branch profitabilityEnsure delivery of high-quality customer service and establish service standardsOversee branch administration and ensure regulatory complianceManage productivity and morale of branch team membersTake ownership of branch break-even and P&L performanceLiaise with product management, marketing, and other verticals for service enhancements and sales initiativesEnsure seamless coordination across all units involved in the customer service cycle to deliver customer delight
