Role Objective
To lead the cultural and operational shift toward an AI-first organization. You will act as the bridge between executive strategy, technical engineering, and frontline employees, ensuring that AI initiatives drive measurable business value while maintaining strict ethical and security standards.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap & ROI Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across departments (Finance, HR, Sales, etc.). You must move projects from "pilot purgatory" to full-scale production.

Change Leadership Act as the primary advocate for AI adoption. You will demystify AI for non-technical staff, address displacement fears, and foster a "co-pilot" mindset.

AI Governance & Ethics Establish and enforce internal AI policies (Acceptable Use, Data Privacy, and Bias Mitigation). You are the "moral compass" for how the company uses synthetic data and LLMs.

Cross-Functional Orchestration Lead the AI Steering Committee. You will coordinate between the CTO (for infrastructure), the Chief Legal Officer (for compliance), and Business Unit Heads (for implementation).

Performance Tracking Define and report on AI KPIs (e.g., "Time-to-Market" reduction, "Cost-per-Token" efficiency, and employee adoption rates).
