Description
• We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in server-side development to build scalable, high-performance applications.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern Java frameworks, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture, and will thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend applications using Core Java
• Build and implement microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams
• Work on cloud-based deployments (preferably Azure; experience with AWS/GCP is also acceptable)
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 7 to 15 years of experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Core Java (server-side development)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices
• Solid experience in building and integrating REST APIs
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Understanding of security best practices in backend development
