Participate in an intensive Guidewire training and enablement program designed to convert senior Java developers into certified Guidewire professionals.
Apply strong Java programming fundamentals while learning and transitioning into Guidewire PolicyCenter development (v10+).
Gain expertise in configuring product models, rating worksheets, underwriting rules, and policy transactions.
Learn and contribute to developing extensions, plugins, and web services for PolicyCenter integration projects.
Work under senior mentors to debug and optimize complex workflows, rating algorithms, and policy administration processes.
Ensure coding discipline, performance tuning, and best practices are followed as part of BlitzenX's delivery standards.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
Take accountability for learning velocity, delivery readiness, and on-project performance once deployed into client programs.

Requirements:

Mandatory: Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience (core + advanced).
Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and enterprise-grade coding standards.
Proven background in web services (REST/SOAP), messaging, and integration frameworks.
Strong database skills (Oracle / SQL Server).
Experience delivering in Agile environments with tight deadlines.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, with commitment to transition into Guidewire PolicyCenter development.
Willingness to work from office (no remote option) for training and deployment phases.
