Roll Out Project Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsible for project planning, execution and follow up.
  • Schedules, coordinates and manages the availability of project resources.
  • Day-to-day management of the project in terms of resource allocation, planning, updating logs/registers and other classic PM tasks (together with the tranche PM, local PM and the TMO rep.)
  • Communication to project members and stakeholders
  • Facilitate decisions within the approved scope or options from SteCo/PO
  • Managing steering committee incl. meetings and gathering status
  • Secure alignment and status with tranche and OneERP management
  • Reports project progress, risks and resource requirements towards project stakeholders.
  • Acts in collaboration with the Local Project Manager.
  • Ensures project objectives are being met.
  • Deliver the mandatory project documentations for project milestones


Tasks
  • Reporting to SteerCo

  • Risk and issue tracking and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Scope control/Scope Management
  • Provide status and progress reports to TMO and Tranche PM
  • Establish and maintain detailed project plans and schedules in close collaboration with the project team.
  • Align with the Regional PMO on resource forecast and capacity planning
  • Ensure proper project documentation using DevOps and other OneERP templates.
  • Ensures good area of responsibility allocation between the Rollout Team members and establishes standard ways of working


Personal Qualifications
  • PMP/ Prince2 certified (preferred)
  • Leadership skill - motivate, guide, structure and delegate work to team members
  • Well-founded experience in project/program management of business transformation projects
  • Overview of existing Alfa Laval organisation, processes and IT components with the specific legal entity
  • Used to communicating at all levels in a global company and facilitate meetings and workshops routinely
  • Ability to orchestrate multiple tasks and deliverables with short deadlines
  • Ability to communicate and create compelling and clear design decision documents to management
  • Experience from other ERP transformation projects, preferably D365
