Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight:
- Plan and allocate Client across shifts and security functions
- Monitor KPIs and ensure service level adherence
- Align daily operations with client expectations
- Supervise Security Officers, Floor Guards, Escort Teams, Control Room Operators, SOC Analysts
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between all roles
- Ensure proper operation of CCTV, access control systems, ID badge printing, and communication devices
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for system maintenance and upgrades
- Monitor geopolitical developments and assess potential risks
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and Chevron's SOPs
- Lead emergency response and crisis management efforts
- Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations
- Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews
- Manage third-party vendors and service providers
- Identify training needs and conduct refresher sessions
- Mentor junior team members and supervisors
- Compile unified dashboards from multiple sources
- Present incident summaries and trends to senior management
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
- 7-8 years of experience in security operations, including team supervision
- Experience in handling access control, CCTV systems, and guard force management
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (reporting, dashboarding)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle escalations and work with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Army / Military / Defense background is highly desirable
- Familiarity with SOC operations, ID management systems, and compliance processes is a plus
- On-site role in Bengaluru
- Shift-based management responsibility
