As the ESaaS - SFDC - Commerce Configuration & Administration expert, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to the SFDC/CPQ platform, integrating solutions across functional lines globally. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, obtain necessary business approvals, and drive project success.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Computer Science.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, particularly in Sales and Finance.
  • Extensive experience with SalesForce CPQ is mandatory.
  • Experience with Finance module is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with system integration (CRM-ERP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and concepts is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Translate business processes and requirements into SFDC/CPQ solutions, including systems integrations and ISV recommendations.
  • Lead the transformation from legacy systems to the SFDC/CPQ solution, establishing a global CRM architecture.
  • Ensure business approvals for change management processes are obtained.
  • Work with developers to design, test, and validate extensions to application functionality.
  • Lead escalation handling, taking ownership and proposing action plans for timely resolution.
  • Monitor project milestones, communicate essential information, and coordinate actions with the project team.
  • Review and contribute to team meetings and reports, ensuring open issues and action items are addressed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM and CPQ solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to team members on SFDC/CPQ-related matters.
