We are looking for a results-oriented Team Leader - Sales to oversee a team of 10-15 outbound agents who sell financial products, including Fixed Deposits (FDs), Bonds, and Mutual Funds. This position requires a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets, ensuring sales process compliance, and consistently enhancing agent performance through audits and retraining.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead a team of 10-15 sales agents to consistently meet daily and monthly sales goals.
Monitor essential performance indicators such as calls, conversions, Assets Under Management (AUM), and revenue to maintain steady results.
Perform daily audits on agents and provide retraining sessions to enhance quality, ensure compliance, and boost conversion rates.
Inspire, coach, and acknowledge top-performing team members through structured feedback and incentive programs.
Work closely with product and operations teams to facilitate seamless post-sales processes.
Conduct weekly performance reviews and share actionable insights to refine conversion strategies.
