We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Mid-Market Sales Manager with 9-15 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, revenue generation, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring and growing mid-market accounts, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
This role requires a consultative sales professional who understands customer pain points, can position SaaS-based solutions effectively, and is capable of managing the complete sales lifecycle-from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure. The candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales activities for mid-market customers across assigned territories or verticals.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to generate consistent revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound business development initiatives.
- Understand client business challenges and present SaaS solutions that align with their operational and strategic goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop account growth strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute demand-generation and lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Work closely with customer success and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements within the SaaS and technology landscape.
- Mentor junior sales professionals and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in B2B Sales with a demonstrated ability to manage mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Proven expertise in Revenue Generation and consistently achieving high-value sales targets.
- Hands-on experience in SaaS Sales, including subscription-based products, cloud platforms, or technology solutions.
- Excellent Business Development capabilities with strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
Additional Requirements
- 9-15 years of overall sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, cloud, or digital solutions industries.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage with CXOs, founders, procurement heads, and business decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and market insights.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a high-growth environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling mid-market or high-growth business accounts.
- Exposure to fast-paced startup or scaling SaaS environments.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deal structures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
